Xinglass has developed a new energy-saving quench & cooling system for glass tempering furnaces. This new design uses the inertia of the blower impellers for cooling the glass. It significantly saves power and reduces the energy consumption of the blower comparing to the traditional tempering furnaces. The air conduct has adopted a new structure that allows the blower to cool down the glass in several different ways, and with the help of special heat-resist insulation in the oven, the machine minimizes the waste of energy and improves the quality of tempered glass.
