Machine Introduction

Glass cutting machines are mainly divided into two types: automatic CNC all-in-one glass cutting machine and automatic CNC glass cutting line.

1. The all-in-one glass cutting machine is mainly used for automatic glass loading, automatic optimization, automatic cutting, and breaking functions. It is suitable for glass cutting operations such as buildings, doors and windows, mirrors, furniture, decoration, and coating. The whole machine adopts high-quality servo motors and high-speed guide rails, so it runs smoothly and reliably. The glass cutting machine is mainly composed of a framing mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a suction cup system, a loading mechanism, a moving mechanism, a vacuum system, and an electric control system.

2. The CNC automatic glass cutting line is composed of an automatic loading machine, an automatic cutting machine, and an air-floating type breaking machine. The automatic glass cutting line is mainly used in the processing of flat glass, which can quickly and accurately carry out the loading, cutting of straight and special-shaped glass, and air-floating mechanical breaking. The working process is as follows: the loading machine has loading arms with suction cups, and the glass sheets are removed from the racks through the vacuum suction cups and dropped onto the loading table. The glass is transported to the cutting platform through the rollers on the loading table and the conveyor belt on the glass cutting table. The cutting head on the bridge of the cutting machine drives the cutting wheel to move at high speed in the X and Y directions through servo motors. The Z-axis motor is used to control the tangent trajectory of the cutting wheel. The pressure and depth of the cutting wheel are controlled at the same time. The four axes act at the same time while cutting. When the cutting is finished, the glass is sent to the air-floating type breaking table for breaking through the air cushion formed by the conveyor belts on the cutting table and the breaking table.
