Machine Introduction

The Multi-Chamber Glass Tempering Furnace is mainly divided into six parts: loading section, heating section, quenching section, unloading section, blower system, and electrical control system. The glass is placed in the loading section to wait for heating and is removed in the unloading section after tempering. The tempering furnace adopts a multi-heating chamber mode and pass-through tempering process, with high product quality and large output. The production mode can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the glass and the types of the product to maximize production efficiency.

The heating section in the furnace adopts the design of two or more heating chambers. The heating chamber is divided into a low-temperature zone and a high-temperature zone. The glass is heated in the low and high-temperature zones in a sequence, which not only improves the quality of the glass but also effectively utilizes the continuity of heating to improve production efficiency. The tempering furnace can freely switch the heating chamber mode: in the double-chamber/multi-chamber mode, the output of the tempering furnace is greatly increased; in the single-chamber heating mode, the heating section is set to be isothermally connected, which can process super-large tempered glass.
